To Looper allows audio files to be loaded to the Loops on the Infinity. If there is nothing on Loop 1, nothing can be saved to Loop 2. In order to select the file which is to be loaded, click either Load Loop 1 or Load Loop 2. Then use the File Directory to locate the desired file and click OK.
Loop Loading Volume attenuates the volume of the audio file Loaded only if the box is checked. Left is no volume and right is unity gain.
From Looper allows the audio stored in the Loops to be loaded onto the computer in the format of a 24-bit 44.1kHz .wav file. Click Save Loop 1 or Save Loop 2, then choose the destination of the file and click OK.
EXP controls the Expression pedal function in Normal Remote Control Mode. VarExp controls the function of the Expression pedal function in VariSpeed Remote Control Mode. The Expression pedal can be assigned to control Volume, VariSpeed, or Loop Aging in either mode. For more, see Expression Pedal Function
Check the box to enable Sync Multi. Once this is checked, set the multiplier to a predetermined value, or create a custom multiplier. Do this by selecting Custom and clicking the up and down arrows to change the value. For more, see Sync Multi
Sets the Number of Measures in Loop 1 when the Infinity is receiving a MIDI Beat Clock. by pressing the up and down buttons. These are measures of the MIDI Time Signature denoted in the box directly to the right.
Edits the amount of preset on the Infinity from 2 to 50. With less presets, the Infinity will be able to record longer loops. Note that the number of Presets includes the Blank Canvas which can be used to change settings but not to record audio to.
This creates a duplicate of the Preset Settings and Preset Selection windows on the app. By changing Settings in the Mass Settings Assignment mode, these settings can be applied to multiple Presets without having to individually assign them. To choose what Presets will inherit these settings, highlight the in the Preset Menu window on the right. Once OK is clicked, these settings will be applied to all of the selected Presets.
Manual allows the user to search the hard drive for any Firmware downloaded from the downloads page. Once the fwupdate.dat file is selected, press OK then reboot the Infinity without the USB cable plugged in, while holding Input Split.
Automatic allows the user to automatically pull the most recent firmware from the Pigtronix website and load it onto the Infinity. Once the firmware has loaded and the window automatically closes, reboot the Infinity without the USB cable plugged in, while holding Input Split.
Check the Load Beta box if you would like to install the latest beta firmware to your Infinity.
Rollback to stored update allows the user to restore a previous firmware that was installed on the Infinity. This may not preserve Preset Structure or loops.
Warning: It is advised that all presets and loops are backed up before performing any of these Firmware Updating procedures as they may be lost in the process.
