Adam Agati began playing music at the age of 12 and by the age of 16 he was playing professionally throughout the New England Area. Adam attended Berklee College of Music on scholarship in 2001. While at Berklee he was taught by world class musicians including Joe Lovano, Hal Crook and Mick Goodrick. He received many awards due to outstanding musicianship. He graduated Berklee in 2005 and moved to Nashville, TN where he quickly became an in demand touring/session guitarist.

Adam has had the pleasure to share the stage and or studio with many wonderful artists and musicians such as Ludacris, Marcus Miller, Lalah Hathaway, Archie Shepp, Marc Broussard, Phil Wilson, Mary Mary, Angie Stone, Booker T Jones, James Genus, Wah-Wah Watson, Ronnie Laws, Keith Carlock, Larry Graham, Omar Hakim, Joe Satriani, Robert Glasper, Derrek Phillips, Edmar Castaneda, Mikki Ekko, Monty Powell, Jeff Coffin, Eric Roberson, Erimaj, Kris Bowers, Adam Nitti, Marcus Finnie, Alice and the Glass Lake, Lyle Divinsky and The Loudhorns. He has played at venues and festivals such as The North Sea Jazz Festival, Bonnaroo Music Festival, The Montreux Jazz Festival, The Ryman Auditorium, The Monterey Jazz Festival, Moscow House of Music, The Jakarta Jazz Festival, The Newport Jazz Festival, The NCAA Final Four Big Dance Concert Series, The Montreal Jazz Festival, Milwaukee Summer Fest, Turner Field, Angel Stadium, Billboard Live, Red Bull Sound Stage, Beat Bash, Scarface Re-Release party, Oslo Live and many others.

Adam was the guitarist in the house band for the reality series ‘Nashville’ on Fox. He was Miley Cyrus guitar tutor during the filming of the Hannah Montana Movie. He has also appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Late Night with Conan O’Brien. Adam relocated to Brooklyn NY in 2011 and resides there to this day.
